I'm back! As in quite a few days ago, firstly Merry Christmas! Just got back not long ago. Christmas's not really the thing for me, though I spent the Eve every year with my friends. Countdown at Orchard! But this year, I got a little tired of it, plus I don't really wanna squeeze here & there, so I spent it with my parents instead. (:


The holiday trip was okay, weather was cold, but not for me. Haha, I only put on the hoodie once. Some of the photos below! Won't be posting the rest :D

Reached Singapore on Sunday evening, went home to change & got down to Joe's house for cell retreat! Gift exchange again, & I got Josh's present. I like the mug! Nowadays, haha. This time round, I find the retreat more like a heart-to-heart session. We shared about our reflections for the year 2008, & the goals we want to achieve as a cell in 2009. Pretty challenging for me, like for the going to service on Sunday; because my Sundays are for my family. It's been like that since long ago, & since I dedicated my whole of Saturday to church, I'd want to spend quality time with my family too. But then, it's not too impossible in the sense, I'll find a way out :) Next, is bringing my family members into God's Kingdom. In the past, I find it almost impossible to achieve it. But now, I'm just gonna have faith in God & let Him work things out. & lastly, is going for the mission trip at the end of next year as a cell! I'm quite excited about it, & Iris, the new appointed mission trip IC, suggested that we go to China. Haha! We'll see. On top of that, I've taken up roles of the Events IC, Zonebonder IC & Treasurer. & I'm all excited about it! I love planning, plus the partnership with Joshua & Smarties would turn out great too. Lots to learn from them. Really excited for year 2009! I sent an email to someone as well, but I'm only going to announce the "good" news if he approves it. We shared & worked out our goals till 4am plus, some went to bathe & games playing followed on at the games room. Then one by one, they knocked at 7am plus, while I "looked" after/at them. Around 9am, went down for breakfast. Came back & had loads of fun with Joe's dogs, left at 2pm. Slept straight. Photos below!

Tuesday, parents were back! They bought soooo many things, plus those that I've bought from my trip. Haha, I lost to them. Decided to spend time with my family instead. Sorry for backing out for the YesMan movie with cell, & supposedly day out with Esther, Saman, Vaneh, Cal, Jason & Mingwei. I was the one who planned it, & also the one who cancelled it ): I hope you guys will come on Saturday for the drama, so I can get to compensate for my last-minute action.

Christmas Eve was great :D So I'm back now. Today's Christmas day. East Coast park with BFC later on. I guess I won't be sleeping since we'll be meeting so early at Dhoby. Late afternoon to night will be meeting family. (:

The BB Boys will be leaving to HongKong on Friday! From those I know, Joe, Smarts, George & Aloysius. Have a safe journey ahead! Hope I'll be able to send them off, they're meeting 4am in church, reaching airport at around 5am plus to 6am.

& WooJieKai's back. He's still very emotional about leaving his Sydney friends. Felt a little sad, 'cause I felt the same way before. But like what I told him, he can always visit them during the holidays. The separation's not forever, so cheeeeeer up dude! He said to call at 3am, but no news of him so I guess he must be sleeping like a log. As always. Cal's off to Thailand already, still not enough after his Egypt trip. Haha! Joyce's off to M'sia today, off to some shopping & feasting. See you on Saturday, girl!
