Training was awesome, not to mention those muscle aches that's already acting up. But it's only the beginning! Halfway through the training, some of us felt like vomitting, but did not, felt so giddy, but still able to stablilise. That 5 minutes was hell. But yeah, it's over though there's more to come. So while I was resting, the coach from ChoaChuKang Sec asked me to play a few strokes with him. He seemed so relaxed, but I was panting like nuts. Melvin came after training has ended. Lol! But he'll be off to Vietnam for OCIP trip with the school for two weeks. So, shall see him in Dec then (: Anyway, our coach asked me to do more push ups & sit-ups. Great. Oh, saw Valent at Bishan mrt station today too! Badminton camp's been confirmed in Dec! & seniors will be coming too, yay :D But apart from that, I'd miss two Saturdays of church too. Tired, got to be up early later.
