Happy Birthday, Brendan :)

Went after orientation to meet them for Brendan's birthday celebration. More details at Zhiyin's blog. The celebration was pretty much a success :) Was so tired, plus I took last bus home, so the feeling got worse when I reached home. But I really enjoyed :D

So Friday was the last day of the orientation, Asperazca Season 2. Had a whole lot of activities. Mass dance was actually the couple dance! We had to find a partner of the opposite gender, a guy named Nicholas approached, I was so relieved! At least I had a partner to dance with :D I thought he's shy, hah but no 'cause he'd always initiate to ask me questions & yeah, we had quite a enjoyable conversation. Some of the photos above were taken during a event called Photo de Nova, we've to take a photo together as a clan according to the clues given, total 10 stations. I just have to say, GRAND FINALE WAS A BLAST. Lights were off in the hall, & everyone of us formed a circle together, with hands on one another's shoulders, we sang the song "That's what friends are for." A very nice song, I've posted it on the blog. At that moment in the hall, we're just like a big family, I've never felt so warm & cosy before. Of course a very big thank you to all the OGLs, without them, all these wouldn't be possible. It doesn't matter if we were strangers in the first place, it's the fact that we're all willing & open to know one another more :) It's really amazing how humans can communicate & connect together just within a few hours. I got posted to the subject combination I want, so I'll be in class 0831A, H1 physics H2 Econs, Maths & Geography :D Though I chose the Science stream, but here in Innova JC, we can choose some arts subject too. Cool. & I've decided to take Chinese as one of my subject, most asked me to drop since I had the privilege to. But I just said no because I don't wanna lose touch with Chinese, imagine life w/o chinese for 2 years .. . Most of us in the OG chose different subject combinations, so we'll be in different classes. But it's alright, 'cause we'll see one another in school. New class, new friends again. I know I can do it :)
