Got to work early in the morning. Seemed that Lei, Jonathan & I didn't get sufficient sleep but still had to continue with our work. Was in kind of a semi-conscious state till noon, then I perked up & started my work "properly". Served customers till 2pm & I left for home.
Got to church at 4. I've always look forward to Worship & I don't wanna miss it. Yeah, we came across a song, "Through it all". This song, I've been listening to it since the day I started work. No idea why, but I felt really peaceful each time I play the song. And I guess today's message spoke to quite a number of us? When Pastor Daniel said, "For those who came irregularly .. " That's it, I knew I'm one of them. My attendance wasn't regular at all. I drifted away from God for quite a long period of time, a few months to be exact. Honestly, I was running away from something, and sometimes I don't really wish to go to church. But I must say, God is great. Recently in Dec, there's something in my mind that says, "Go back, you need Him." I felt His presence again today, still as great. The first time I ever felt the Holy Spirit, I was still quite unsure. But you can feel something in you, & the next thing you know, tears just drop unknowingly. For me if I can control, I'll never drop a single tear in front of anyone. But when it's between you & God, you don't really care anymore. He cleansed me inside out, & took away all my troubles. To Him, we'll never be perfect. But you know what, He still loves us despite all the flaws. I'll make sure everything goes on smoothly, & soon I'll be serving in the sound ministry. Wan Hui & Joe's right, it's time to give more rather than always be the one receiving.
After church, back to work till 12.30am.
I miss xq, who will be going to Taiwan soon. :)
